So I am going to give a bit of information to start, and please don't judge me.
About 3 months ago I found out I was pregnant and it came as a complete shock. I had only been off the depo shot for about a month and was told so many times that the chances of becoming pregnant are slim to none. Well it happened anyway and I was not thinking clearly and didn't think I was ready so I had an abortion. I decided after that that no matter what if this happened again I would not go through with something like that EVER AGAIN.

I have now been on the pill (lutera) for almost 2 months. In the first month I missed 1 pill I believe in the second week in the pack but got a normal period(about sept 4th) that lasted about 3 days during the last pills(sugar pills). This month I have missed only 2 pills I think. They were about a week ago. I missed Thursday and Friday and on Saturday took Saturday and fridays pill, skipping Thursday all together. Earlier that week I had a thick whitish discharge(which Ive never noticed before) and my temp had risen to 99.5 for 1-2 days. This past Sunday I started spotting brown discharge (very small amounts) and it only lasted a little over 24 hours. Monday and Tuesday I was extremely tires, moody/irritable, having back aches and some dull cramps, and could not sleep well at night. Yesterday night I had all those symptoms plus my hips started hurting and started having some stomach pain, and started feeling extra tired/weak. Today I spotted twice again the same thing as last time and still have all symptoms. My breast seem different too. My nipples seem extra sensitive, and the veins are a little more noticeable that usual.

I am wondering if this could be early signs of pregnancy, if the spotting was actually caused by implantation or if it was breakthrough bleeding from missing a few pills. Or could this be something else entirely? I'm not really sure how the whole ovulating and having sex at certain times and days thing works. I'm due to get my period next week. I have a 28 day cycle if that helps... any ideas?

These are not normally early signs of pregnancy, in fact normally there are no signs until you miss a period. They can be signs of dozens of things,

You do realise that the pills will not be very effective during the first month of use, and missing pills makes them less effective.

Also like before, the pill is not 100 percent effective, and there is a chance of pregnancy even taking the pill.

So yes of course you could be pregnant.

Now you have to wait and see if you get your next period.
