    Is sitting in a draft bad
    I have sat in a draft for over four years (AC) last year my right shoulder and knees starting causing a lot of pain - is the caused by the draft??

    It can be the way you sit, is it at a computer, are you able to set properly ? Sitting at a desk at a computer is a major issue for back and shoulder issues.

    Have you been to doctor to determine what may be causing the pain ?
