How do I hook up two white wires and one black for a 13500 BTU A/C

Where are you located, U.S.A. England, Germany?

These conductors originate where? What size conductor are we talking about? What size breaker is needed by the A/C unit?

Is the A/C unit a 240 Vac or must we guess :)
