    Pain during ovulation
    Hi. I am a 24 year old unmarried girl. I go through a terrible pain during ovulation for 6-7 hours. It pains when I walk or sit or even lie down. However, I don't face such pain even during my periods. Can you suggest me something?

    I get a lot of pain too during ovulation. What helps me usually to ease out the cramps and pains is a hot bath. Simple; yet effective. Just lie down in a bathtub with very warm water to soothe your muscles and any other pains.

    An Advil (or any other form of painkiller) also works wonders for me. But if the pain is very intense for a LONG time and you really feel like it is unbearable and borderline emergency, then talk to your doctor as soon as possible.
