I hurt him unintentionaly ,he thought that I was making kiss sign with his friend, but the truth is I did not do it. He right away got mad without hearing my side, but I did say sorry if he saw my action that way. I love him so much and it hurts me a lot every time he gets mad at me. Teary eyes while writing this!

Why doesn't he trust you? Without trust there is no relationship. If you didn't do what he accused you of, why did you apologize?

No you didn't hurt him at all. He hurt himself. He has you believing that things like this are your fault. They are his own doing. He is suspicious and jealous and mistrusting all by himself, for his own insecure reasons.
You need to show some resolve, some self-assurance, some confidence that you have done nothing to break his trust. You need to tell him that if he can't believe you and trust your love, then the relationship is doomed.
Don't beat yourself into a cringing woman who punishes herself for his insecurity. Some men just take advantage of that. They like the control it gives them.

Thank you a lot for the advices, heartly appreciated. I am now trying to talk to him and talk about what happen earlier. He is still mad and avoiding things to get to that topic.

I am asking this question because of your statement "making the kiss sign"... are you Deaf? I know with my nieces sometimes with signing misinterpretations can happen and I need to explain further what was meant or what I signed.

No I'm not, I'm just being true to myself. Im not going to give up right away, because I know in myself that I love him and god will help to make it fixed.
