My Ex Girlfriend took my car, verbal agreement loan
My Ex-Girlfriend paid R95000( EFT)paid R25000( cash) towards merc C180. I resign as financial Manager to manage businesses on her name with an verbal agreement of R30000 management fee I invoice her business towards the loan of 95000 she never paid full amount each month according to my record I owe her 21800

But she starter to fight me in the house next morning she open the assault case I won it. Fridays before I got Simons from civil court to surrender the car I am the legal owner. I surrender the car to her lawyers.

She did these after she loses her job because since she start working in construction sector she been defrauting all companies she work for by Submiting false invoice with her personal bank accounts.

Now she is frustrated she took my car I want to. Oppose the court order what must I do.

A lot of this is lost in translation.
It isn't clear who paid how much and who owes what, but what is clear is that the court ordered you to surrender the car to her.
You will have to file a separate suit for the verbal loan. Verbal loans rarely get acknowledged by courts. I take it you are in India? I don't know about the customs there with verbal loans; just the US. But I'll bet it's the same.

Why is she frustrated that she got your car?

If you were given the car and she took it report it to the police as car theft.

She lost her job now she want to run the businesses herself I am fruad examiner I cannot stay with a fruster in the same house.

I have all part payment of the my salary in to my business account and invoices to her company and proof of emails that I was working for her.

We are distributing material to Manucipality in South Africa as needed monthly. My daily duties was to get better prices and deliver using the same vehicle.

I am going to contest the order she never mention that I paid part of the purchase price on her affidavit.

What must I file to prove that the car belong to be and I paid part of the loan I only owe her 21800

I understand there may be a language barrier here, but your posts are hard to understand. After re-reading, it sounds like the court issued a summons to you to turn the car over to her and you complied by giving it to her lawyers.

So now you want to recover the car on some grounds that are not clear.

You probably owed 30,000 more according to the court, because they didn't acknowledge the verbal agreement of a management fee. What was that all about, and why didn't you get it in writing?
    So the car was her 95,000 + your 25,000 = 120,000.
If you really owe 51,800, that's over 40% of the car.
However, in other parts of the world, if the car title is in your name, you get to keep it if you can come up with the amount owed.
I guess the court feels that your 25,000 was about what it would have cost if you had been leasing it, so she got it back.
Anything personal between you is not relevant.
