Aliens made up of energy take over humans by invading their bodies, One alien tried to take over a human in his room but the human accidentally grabbed ahold of a lamp that had a loose wire and the electrical shock prevented the alien from taking him over. I remember something about some kind of factory and the workers being taking over by aliens... I think I remember something about being able to look at their eyes allowed people to know they were aliens... I have looked long and hard on Google and on various roku box channels to find this movie. Would love to watch it again! I think it was either a 1970's or 1980's movie but not sure.

I'm going to try to find a summary to see if it's a match. I recall that a green glow has a lot to do with alien presence, and I think their eyes glow when taken over. I also recall them infiltrating a dam.

The movie was meant to be a TV series but wasn't picked up. Earlier, Quinn Martin Productions had given us "The Invaders" starring Roy Thinnes, which was very good but didn't last long. So, they had experience with alien invasions!
