Mastoiditis
I was told I have mastoid it is 4 days ago. I have been on antibiotics and pain meds since. I have no relief and symptoms seem to get worse. What can I do to help alleviate the ear pain? Can I use a heating pad?

You should leave a message for the DOCTOR!
Did you have an MRI or CT scan? If not, that might be the next step, to see if it spread.
If a heating pad helps with pain, it's OK to use.

I am really terrified of this and I have read a lot on this but nothing on how to help you at home.

What country are you in?
What pain meds?
Are you keeping your whole head and neck warm with scarves and hats? (That's just for a little relief.)
