    Ex wants to file abandonment
    We pay support but are behind and haven't been able to pay due to no wrk well his ex is wanting to file abandoment on him can she do that

    First its not a good idea to post your question to another thread. Especially not a sticky that is used just for posting info. So you question has been moved to another thread.

    However if you read the info in that sticky your question should have been answered. Whether she can file abandonment or not depends on where you are, an essential fact you left out. Only a few places allow a criminal prosecution for non payment of support.

    If your circumstances have changed you should go back to court for a reduction in support.
