    Transition pieces
    Is there a transition piece that fits flat on both the floor and the new flooring for 12mm laminate flooring ?

    There are many types of transition pieces made. If the laminate is higher you will need a reducer strip.

    These are available at all big box stores and/or flooring stores. If you get at same place you got laminate should be able to match finish.
