    Why is my HVAC which is new running constantly at 73 degree F
    What is responsible for my system running constantly.Could it be because it is too small for the house.Cleaning was done recently.

    Keeping at 73 is cold. Try setting at 77 and see what happens.

    What is the outside temp? It it humid where you are? Like said before - try setting at higher temp and see if it stops. What type of system is it? Is it cooling?
