Hello everyone, so first of all I thought I would share my little background story and crazy adventure to where I am now. Along asking a couple of questions I am now concerned about...
I am 20 years old newly trying to conceive with my fiancé! We have been trying pretty much since the beginning of this year and finally in May I missed my period for the first time, I have always had a consistent period, never skipped one in my life. So of course this drove me crazy, swore I took over 6 pregnancy test just that month! Two at home pregnancy test, blood test at the doctors, urine test at the doctors... Than went to the emergency room because I was feeling a mass amount of pain in my pelvic area.. I ended up getting an ultra sound along with a urine test! Everything showing up negative, except I had a normal sized cyst on my right ovary... I cannot tell you how dispirited and confused I felt!
For the next two months, I missed my period.. Along with taking about three more pregnancy test and again all were negative! At this point I was going crazy thinking I was actually pregnant regardless of the test... Than I finally made an appointment with my doctor some time in July. She performed an ultra sound and nothing was there.. Odd thinking you're pregnant and nothing was there.. I call it a ghost baby heh. :/
Anyway, she also prescribed me progesterone for 28 days taking right before I go to bed... The first week I took it, I got my period and that lasted for a whole entire week, which isn't normal for me since my normal periods last only 4 days! But it didn't really concern me, I just figured it was supposed to be like that.

Than this month, I was done with taking progesterone and waiting for my period. Last one started in the beginning of the month in August... I did get very bloated for a couple of days in the beginning of this month but still nothing.. So I went to my doctors on the 11th and she just said I consume too much carbs (Which I read can stop your period... ) and plus I do not have the healthiest diet, I probably eat one meal a day or two. But now I am on a low carb diet eating 5 times a day! I am loving this diet! :) Even though I miss my jasmine rice... Anyway
She put me back on progesterone and it's only been three days since I have taken in.. OH! And I have taken an at home pregnancy test on the 8th and it came out negative... and my breast have been incredibly sore lately..

I am confused on what is going on and I do not want to get my hopes up again!
What do you think it means if I do not get a period even on progesterone..?
Let alone not having a period even after taking progesterone?
Will progesterone harm my chances of becoming pregnant..?

I bought another pregnancy test just in case I do not get my period even on progesterone... I am going to wait maybe a week and a half before taking it or maybe until next month... not sure..
