    Guardianship of a 16 yr old in California
    My uncle is letting my 16yr old cousin come and live with me in California, is there any type of guardianship paperwork I need in order for me to get her settled down here, school etc...

    Yes, you need a temporary guardianship document. It should be signed and notarized by the legal parent. You should be able to find forms online.
