    My mom...
Okay, so I'm a sophomore in high school, me and my boyfriend have been dating for 8 months. He's been around my parents a lot. Well the other day her boyfriend, who hasn't been around my boyfriend and our relationship but for maybe 2 weeks, walked in on me kissing my boyfriend, JUST KISSING. They flipped out and told me that I have to ask for their approval to kiss him and I shouldn't be able to kiss my boyfriend until I'm a senior.

Never has this came up until my mom's boyfriend got out of prison. I find this very unreasonable and stupid. Not only that, but she just told me the other day (never have we had a problem with my phone) that she will be taking my phone when she goes to bed. Which is at like 9.

HELP. She is being unreasonable and has changed everything since her boyfriend got out. :(

News flash.. her house.. her rules... when you are 18 and move out and support yourself... then you can do things your way.

It will now. And you are correct -- Mom's house, Mom's rules.

I agree, sorry, your phone needs to be off at bed time, and esp if this s school nights, I would do the same ( OK, bed time would be 10) where you were expected to be in bed and go to sleep, not stay up to?? Talking on phone.

Also how old is boyfriend ? But kissing in the home, parents walked in, lucky you can even see boyfriend.

Prior to your mother's boyfriend coming home, did you do a lot of boyfriend kissing? And, it is important to know how old you are, and how old your boyfriend is.

"My" phone? Who bought it? Who pays the monthly charges?

"Just kissing?" Famous last words. They don't know what kind of control you two have, and shouldn't have to believe you either. It's not a question of trust; it's teenage hormones that can't be trusted.

To ditto all the above, it's not your house. Do what you want when you are paying your own way in the world.

Uh oh, you and your boyfriend will have to make some adjustments to the new rules. Sorry 'bout that but it's best to obey and live within those rules or make things much worse.

Hi. I'm trying to remember the name of this horror movie that I think came out in the early 90's or late 80's where at the beginning, this lady goes to a gypsy/fortune teller and the fortune teller gives her a Moon and Star pendant and tells her that her soul mate will have the same Moon and Star...
