    I took next choice a month ago and still no period.
    So I took it about 2 weeks before I was supposed to have my period. Which my period is irregular. But now I have waited a month and still no period. I'm having no symptoms of pregnancy or anything. I am have white clumps of discharge (sorry. Tmi) I'm only 17 and it was a mistake. And also I have been working out a lot with a personal trainer so I don't know if that could be it. But please help me!

    This could be a few different things. I have always had an irregular period, and irregular periods alone could be caused by many different things. A few examples could be stress, diet, (in your case) excessive exercise, or it could simply just be late this month. Sometimes woman with irregular periods miss a month and get back on track the following month. But with you saying that you have clumpy discharge could be a sign of infection. If you have itching or burning associated with the clumpy discharge that sounds to me like a yeast infection. Which if in turn goes untreated could result in a late/missed period. Maybe try taking another test. Regardless your best bet is to go see a doctor!
