    Florida Unemployment Overpayment to Now Deceased Individual
    Florida unemployment sent a letter a deceased individual stating that he was overpaid. That they would lien the title to the home if not paid back. Since the husband is now deceased, is the wife responsible for this claim?

    A question where or how was the overpayment made,

    If money was sent after he died, and those funds were cashed and spent, by her, she will owe it back. So the reason for the overpayment would need to be explained here
