I am so scared for my 2week old puppy!
 MY boyfriend brought home this two week old puppy, last Saturday. I am so afraid for this little guy, he was found in a parking lot of an apartment building. We are bottle feeding him and he seems not to mind it too much. Well all of asuden he's acting strange he crys, and tries barking a lot it seems like he is sleeping though. But his belly is bloated really bad. I'm really worried about the little guy. He poops all the time its not hard nor to soft and runny. If you have any info on little pups like this guy please don't wait to long to respond I'm afraid he will die before morning. Thanks for reading this.----->Brandi

What are you putting in the bottle? It needs to be dog milk replacer from the pet store, not cows' milk. Cows' milk has lactose in it the puppy can't digest. It is going to be a real struggle to save him.

Pet him when he whines. He needs the stimulation to eliminate. Good luck. Thank you for doing what youcan about this bad sitution.

Sharpie, it is very kind of you to have saved this little guy. labman is correct on this. Just giving the pup regular milk from the store is not good for him. Have you contacted a vet in your area? If you have not, please do so and bring the pup in as soon as possible. Your vet can give you any advice, direction and help you need. This is your best option in ensuring that the pup will make it through and knowing that you did everything you could to help him.

Shelters in your area are equipped for these emergencies and have pet fosters available-take him there. There are too many reasons to not try to do it yourself if you do not have the experience or the resources like they do-give him a few weeks and hopefully you, or someone like you can go back and adopt him!

Not only might the shelter be his best shot, it also covers the slim possibility somebody is looking for him.
