    Felons and the Scrap Business (OH)
    We just hired a convicted felon to run our scrap division. Does anyone know if he can be bonded? Can he even operate the scrap division? All suggested sources would be appreciated. Thanks.

    First why do you need him bonded ? Do you require it ? Or do your customers require it.
    Next, of course he can be bonded, bonding is just a basic can be though of as "insurance" and the issue will be, how much that bonding will cost.
