    Divorce for low income person
    How do I file for divorce if I am low income receiving welfare and can't locate my ex.

    You probably can find a family lawyer in your area that will give you a free half hour consultation. If he/she feels that you can go forward with filing he will tell you. Then you can apply for legal aid.
