Cost per hour for commercial cleaning in Newport RI
    Hi-

I have been asked to bid on a commercial cleaning contract in Newport RI. I do not know the square feet, but it will take me approximately 12-15/ hrs/ week to do it. These hours entail the following: clean 2 buildings on the weekends and mid-week, and empty garbage additionally on Mondays- which means I am there at least 3 times/week, if not more. I have to go after normal business hours, and usually (I have been told), will have to clean outside the store fronts due to people congregating in the alcoves (i.e. front door) - while waiting in line for the restaurants that are on either side of the buildings. I am told there is usually cigarettes and other garbage lying around, and also on occasion someone has thrown up or relieved themselves there. Not sure how to price this job- and should I charge extra for the outside (maybe bodily fluid hazard) cleaning on a "per incident" charge?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
