The Disney Channel showed a movie in the 80s about a truck driver who was severely burned when his 18-wheeler exploded that carried some kind of gas or chemical. After he was rushed to the hospital, his burns and scars vanished before everyone's eyes because the gas/ chemical he inhaled caused flesh wounds and body injuries to immediately heal as if nothing had ever happened. His son who was near the explosion had inhaled this gas and therefore had this healing gas inside his body as well. The boy cuts his hand in the kitchen and his hand immediately healed. Later the man and his son had to go into hiding or on the run because they were being sought for having this secret chemical in their bodies. While climbing a cliff, the man extended his hand over the top and a hidden snake bit him, only for the bite marks to immediately heal and disappear.

These are the only details I can remember. I was hinted that the movie was called Super Trucker, but can find no such title online. And I am not certain whether it was a movie made for the Disney Channel, or if that was just a movie they just happened to broadcast. I have been looking for this movie since the mid 90s after our VHS recording got lost.
