    Failure to pay child support
    So there have been several times in the last year that I've been able to pay my child support this is the first year that I have any money to do so I am $10,000 behind but most of that stems from being in prisonI have to go to court for contempt in the state of Colorado yeah I live in the state of Tennessee what would happen if I could not make that court date

    You lose by default and the court awards judgment to the petitioner.

    Contact the court, you may be able to appear via a telephone hookup. You can submit documents to the court by mail.

    Most likely they will issue a warrant for your arrest, if you do not work out something.
