    Birth control?
I missed a few because pills halfway through my pack and started my period. It quit and I began my pack again and had un protected sex. Now I'm at the end of my pack and haven't got my period yet. Is this normal or not?

Yes, it's normal, and it's not. Depends on what you consider normal.

Pregnancy causes a missed period. Unprotected sex after missing pills causes pregnancy. So, no that would not be "normal."

Also, you interrupted your cycle by missing pills, so break through bleeding is common when you miss pills. It will also through your period off track.

Remember, that birth control pills, even taken properly, aren't always 10% effective.

There's plenty of other factors too. I get the slight cramping and it throws me off. Slight breast tendrness but nothing else. Ive never messed my because up so bad so I'm not sure what's supposed to happen.

You will now have to wait until next month to see if your period comes as expected. Pregnancy cannot be diagnosed by symptoms alone.

No, it will not be accurate until you are 2 weeks late for your period.

If you started a new pack, and you are still taking the birth control pills, they period will not come until you are on the week or non pill or "other" pills. If you chaned the weeks you take the pills, the date of period can change.

But if period is due, you will have to wait 2 weeks.

So you had period because you stopped taking pills mid cycle. If you started new pack, then period week will vary

No, I just resumed the pack I was on and now I'm down to the white pills and haven't started my period. So that's why I'm asking if I'm not getting it because of that mid cycle mess up.
