    Form 1040
My boss did not write himself a paycheck last year, but I know how much he took out of the S. Corp for personal use. Where should I report this amount at for his Income on Form 1040? I have it under Business Income, is this correct, and if so do I have to fill out a schedule C-EZ?

I do NOT prepare corporate returns, so I am not sure, but the personal draws probably should be reported as dividends on Schedule B.
