Hi peet and welcome, have you checked all the fuses and relays? Did you check or replace the bad battery? I'd start there. Maybe an expert will drop in with better advice. Good luck

Hi again peet, I'm not at all familiar with puegots, does the car do anything at all when you try it? Any lights come on, headlights or dash? This info may help with a better answer. Maybe Thegreasemonkey will see this soon.

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. Be very thorough, since visual inspection is not good enough. Also, check the mega fuse (130A) at the end of the under hood fuse box. The "B" wire from the alternator should go right to it.
. Remove and test the alternator.
. Test the Engine Control Module (ECM). It's common for ECMs to be damaged in these situations. The coil (spark) drivers are likely resident in the ECM.
Your situation is quite common these days. This is why I never recommend jump starting modern-day cars and trucks, unless it is a dire emergency. Even if you hook up the jumper cables properly, a voltage spike or spark can cause extreme damage.
