I'm having vagina cramping and I'm discharging and it flows just like my period is on. What could it be??

Could you give us more information? When was your last period? What sort of Birth Control are you on if you're on any? When did you last have unprotected sex? When was your last STI screen? What medication are you on? Is this a period? IE blood, or is it something else? Colour? Odour? Texture?

Come to think on it, it might be a good time to talk to your doctor about this.
