    Is wife forced to pay child support in Chicago il
    I was wondering since my son father does take care of our 9month old son and isn't working but his wife is can they garnish her work check or any other income that's coming in their house?

    They can only garnish the Fathers checks... not his wife's. SHE didn't father the child. His debt will continue to grow.
