    15 year old dating a 16 year old
    My mate is dating this lad,he is 16 and she is 15 I'm just want to know if its illegal for her to go out with him, hold hands,hug, and kiss.

    Why would you think its illegal for someone to date someone a year apart?

    Sounds perfectly normal to me.

    There are no laws governing dating.

    As long as the parents consent to their dating and they do not have sex, there shouldn't be any legal issues.

    If the parents/guardians say 'no' then they shouldn't date. I do not recommend disobeying parents.

    As long as all parents know of the dating and are OK with it, there is no issue with the law
