She is getting off lucky. Vomiting is not a requirement of being pregnant.

Different women react differently to pregnancy. Nausea is a symptom, many but not all women go through and they go through it at different times.

How do you know she is one month and 10 days? Its kind of hard to be that exact at this stage.

Some women have certain signs, some have NO signs what so ever. Why do you believe she needs to be sick to prove pregnancy ?

I wonder if this is a language confusion, and you mean she's always vomiting?
That might make more sense.
Google 'morning sickness' if she is vomiting a lot. There are many ways to handle this at home, with various foods and drinks and not eating other foods.
