    Parole complaints
I went to report to my parole officer and the second I came in she demanded me to place my cellphone on the table where she was sitting so I complied. And then she instructed me to go in the next room and submit a drug screen so I did but when I came out from taking the drug screen she was in my phone reading text messages and texting people like she was me trying to get a response. Then she arrested me and took all my money,my necklace and other personal effects and intentionally didn't turn them in to the jail when she took me there and it was 20 days later before I received them and she kept my phone also.. she told my fiancé that she should leave me... and also bragged about how many people she had locked up.. I was a full time student with perfect attendance and a average and she made me time out in school for false allegations.. I want to know what action should I take as far as filing a complaint and not suffer repercussions as a result of this..

Exaggerate on any claim you make and you can expect it to go bad for you. So keep it absolutely factual without embelishing or exaggerating anything...

Its like being on the stand... make one false statement they can prove and everything else you say is called into question for truthfulness.

What was the pretext for her arresting you and going to jail for 20 days? Had you violated parole? I don't understand whether your complaint is that she went through your cell phone or that you were arrested when you reported to your PO?
