    I tried down loading programs off the Internet and it just says can't download progra
    I have tried downloading different things off the Internet such as Norton, other things and when I push the download button it says that in can't download.
    Why is this?

    There is either something wrong with Internet Explorer, your user profile or windows.

    Try another browser like Google Chrome. If it still doesn't work then creating a new user account in (Control Panel -> User Account)(Administrator Account). Creating another user account is the only other option I can give you.

    Log in with the new account and try downloading again. It should work.
