    I've got two scenes:

This is vaguely how it goes... man is revealing his love for woman just as a truck or some loud vehicle drives by and he cannot hear her response. It could be the other way around, but the noise drowns out the response of one or the other.

Man sitting on train or bus with group of people and when asked what he's been doing, he says he just got out of prison. " What were you in for? Murder, but I didn't do it." (It was something like this.)

Both scenes could have come from the same movie. Tks
