    Violation of probation
    My husband is on probation he got 2 DUI and 2 disorderly conducts and now a vop. My question is this is his first vop charge does he stand a chance for the judge to reinstate his probation?

    Hopefully the judge will use him as an example and put him in jail for the rest of his term so as not to kill someone next time he decides to drink and drive.
