    Rheem 40gal powervent water heater
    I have a bad fvs and can't get one for 3 days how do I bypass until then

    Hi JJ

    As these FVS have a specific RESISTANCE associated with them they are almost impossible to bypass.

    Call your local plumbing supply house tomorrow... if you are lucky they will be a rheem/ruud distributer and they will have these in stock (or can tell you where the nearest distributor is).

    Why didn't you get the part overnighted to you?
