    You have either an infection or an STD (sexually transmitted disease). If you are sure you don't have an STD, you probably have either a bacterial or yeast infection. Most likely it is yeast. You can buy Monistat in a drugstore, but it would be best if you saw a doctor to be sure first - even a nurse in a clinic.
