The best thing for vomiting is no food at all, and no carbonated beverage, just lukewarm water or very weak juice. Yellow is sometimes a sign of bile (or it might be greenish), although at this point, it might be yellow from crackers and ginger ale. We can't possibly diagnose what's wrong, but I would consider seeing a doctor or walk in clinic tomorrow because it's Friday. You could have a gallbladder problem. Just a guess, of course! Could be anything, even just a stomach virus.

I had my gallbladder removed when I was 15 I'm 19 now and after surgery I know that I had really bad pain around my belly button. And it hurts now I feel like I'm getting worse, I feel dizzy and very weak now. Should I go to the ER or wait till tomorrow?

    Agreed.
(Bile by the way is secreted by the liver, but you probably know that.)
