I am a USC filing for my mom to come here in US permanently
I am a USC filing for my mom to come here in US permanently. I already started the form I-130 and it's been 5 months since I filed. I am waiting for the approval. I already preparing the requirements in advance but I notice that my mom's marriage certificate has a misspelled on her name just one letter and her parent's on the birth certificate has a misspelled name too. Does it matter when the uscis ask this documents? Or does the uscis or embassy need this papers since my dad was already died 9 years ago. My dad have a death certificate but his name is in misspelled too. Does the embassy/NVC/USCIS need this certificates since I am only filing my mom and my dad was dead long time ago. THANKS!!
