    Sounds like you're being prepped for a well known scam.. Does it go like this?

    Somebody has all this money, but he CAN'T bring it in without a bond or something.. He needs YOU to front him just a little bit of money now, so it can be released and then he'll pay you MILLIONS..

    I'm with excon on this... things that sound too good to be true... usually are. Nobody ever gives large sums of money to anyone they haven't known a very long time, and trusts with their life. And even then they effectively never do it.

    Hmm.. anyone who has a bond worth one billion dollars doesn't need to ask this type of question on a board like this! You'd have lots of financial advisers, a personal accountant, and an army of lawyers to help you out.
