    Could low vitamin d be to blame
    I am a 46 year old female and here lately have been really tired and no emergy my doctor ran a cbc metabolic panel iron test thyroid vitamin d vitamin b12 everything has came back normal the only test that has not came back is vitamin d also bp has been running 89/59 I weigh 100 lbs also feeling achy all over what should I have doctor test for

    You ve to take magnesium and cakcuim with vitamin D. I know when I take vitamin D and magnesium at bedime I wake up more energtic
