    Title to mobile home
    I bought my mobile home from a mobile home mover who also buys and sells mobile homes he wanted money up front before delivery he now owe a small mobile home compant selling mobile homes when he delivered home he gave me a bill of sale and said he did not have the title now I want to sell an do not know what to do please help I think it's registered in my county but I have never been sent a yearly tax paper it's been app two yeaei

    It is possible that he sold you a home, he did not legally own, so when you demand a title from him, what does he say ?

    Have you went to ask about a title at the county office ?
    ** some areas on very old homes do not require it, just bill of sale.

    But you may have to sue him for the money that you paid, if he can not provide title
