Disorderly conduct 2 in one night
My son is 20 and a student at university of wi madison. He was ticketed twice in one night for disorderly conduct. I guess he wouldn't stop arguing with the cop. It is a non mandatory court appearance. What should he do? Just pay the fines? Is there a risk in not going to court?

He does not want to convictions for this on his record if at all possible,

This can ruin many future job oportunities, or at best, stop him from being hired because other applicants have no record at all.

He needs to hire an attorney, appear in court and try to get this done in a first offender program ( if he is a first offender) where there is no record after he pays fines, does community service and so on.

Now if he has a list of other convictions a mile long, it does not matter then.
