    Birth Certificate issue for applying Passport
    Hi hello, I am 21 years Old, My name is sowmya. I am born in chennai, bought up in bangalore, were I've obtained a Birth certificate from chennai, in that my Dads and Mom names are not same as in my 10th marks card,hence it got rejected for applying Passport, I do know what's the procedure to get change the name, as I my permanent address is in bangalore, I have urgent reuirement for passport, please revert if any idea about the procedure, please??

    This is an international site, so can't advise you on what you need done. I have no idea where your major centre would be to get this accomplished. Suggest you ask in Chennai where you obtained your birth certification.
