    Acqauintance won't leave
My daughter had a friend that we've known for over a year now, he's asked on many occasions to spend the night. I'm on section 8, and checked it's within the rules of my lease to allow someone to stay for a couple weeks at a time, so I often said yes to a few nights here and there. A few weeks ago he took my daughter's set of keys, and moved a bunch of stuff into her room, she now sleeps on the floor in the living room. He has threatened to get our section 8 taken away, also to get my granddaughter taken aaway, she's only 5 months old, and threatened to even kill us if we try to throw him out or call the cops. Please Please what do we do to get rid of him of our home??

Call the police and have him arrested. How long has he been living there?

Agreed! Why are you in fear of these threats! Tell the police that he threatened to kill you. And file a restraining order. Change the locks with permission of the landlord. Do not throw out his possessions - he can come back with a cop to get them.
He can't get your kicked out either.

This guy knows your situation and thinks he can intimidate you. So far its working. You need to talk to the police, tell them you allowed this person to stay for a short period and now he won't leave and is threatening you.

If you let this go on to where it looks like Its his word against your word, you could end up kicked out and lose your section 8 . He probably knows that and is counting on you worrying enough that you do not do anything. He probably even has a record. You need to do everything possible to get riid of him. If all else fails call his bluff and tell him he has to go with you to section 8 to file the forms for aoproval because your landlord realized he is there and is turning you in to section 8.

I agree, call the police and change the locks, inform the agency you rent from.

Do not allow him in, to get his things without police there.

I will assume he is now EX boyfriend, if he is not, ex, why ?
