    Remote control problems
I have a ceiling fan and light that operates off a remote control. Changed batteries and everything I can think off. No manual any suggestions?

    Any suggestions for what?

What is or is not working, the light, the fan or nothing at all?

Are the dip switches on the remote and the fan set to the same configuration?
