    You can't get a divorce by publication. You can serve notice by publication. But a divorce has to be filed in court and granted by the court. The court will tell you want you need to do if you do not know your spouse's whereabouts.

    As for the wording, just talk to the paper you want to publish in, then will know how to word it.
