Can I repair cracked and broken concrete under one wall of my garage
Wall of garage is 2-3 " lower than it should be as the floor and probably the footer has sunk and rotated downward and outward causing separation in crack for the entire depth of floor(2 - 3 feet from outside wall). Most of floor is acceptable with cracks, but NO movement.

Unfortunately, with a 2-3" drop, the only way to repair this is to rebuild the footing and then pour a new floor or possibly an overlay in the low areas. They would typically crib up the walls, jack hammer the old footing, compact a new base and start back. Hate to say it but not easy or inexpensive. Concrete mud jacking is probably not going to work due to.the footing issues.
