    Served with warrant
    I have unpaid traffic fines from 1989. Just this week, after 24 years a bench warrant was issued. Isn't that well beyond any time frame they had to issue a warrant for this?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

    Statute of Limitations deals with the time to take legal action against someone. But you were probably convicted for ignoring the tickets. Once convicted the SOL ends.
