Entering USA with B-2 after arrest
I have a valid B-2 Visa for five years, it expires in 2015. On January 2013 I got arrested for Possession of 1 gram of marjiuana in Texas and I posted a bond. I left the country. I have my trial on September 2013. I will come back to the United States through Houston IAH airport, do you think I will face any problems from immigration at the airport? Even though my case is still pending and I will be arriving before my trial.

And if I to be found guilty in trial, would that affect my status ?
I'm trying to come back to the USA with F-1 visa for my grade school next year as I got my bachelor here in Houston few years ago.

    Your help is highly appreciated.

Yes you will be in trouble big time bud. You left the country after acquiring the visa so in essence you will not be allowed back in. What country are you from, and I hope you don't say Canada!

Grade school, how old are you? If found guilty, will that effect your status? You won't be making your court date if you are not allowed back in.
