    Severe headache and dizziness
    I have had a sever headache for two days and Im severely dizzy. I'm not sure if I should just ignore this or not. Nothing I have taken has helped. I have taken advil migrain and regular advil. Thank you in advance.

Hi I'm 23 and I'm 2 months pregnant to my first child. I'm wondering why I'm suffering from severe nausea every time and dizziness at the same time.. I know that nausea and vommiting is part of morning sickness during 1st trimester but why it's so severe?
