    My boyfriend has emphysema
    My boyfriend has emphysema and I don't know anything about it. Will he die from it, and if he does how soon?

    Does he smoke? Quit smoking? How bad is his emphysema? His age and health habits have a lot to do with how well his body handles it. Some people can go for years if they take care of their health issues.
